Coach-Led & Planned Progression Following

CrossFunction Classes

You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing CrossFunction methodologies outlined below.

  • Diet: lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health.
  • Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
  • Gymnastics: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.
  • Weightlifting and Throwing: develop the ability to control external objects and produce power.
  • Sport: applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.

What to expect?

OCR CrossFunction Training consists of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Our CrossFunction workouts are based on functional movements that reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Our CrossFunction approach to training, functional movements and intensity leads to dramatic gains in fitness.


Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive athlete.

All of our CrossFunction Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:

A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.

There are a lot of gyms out there. Very few have a tight-knit community as we do.

We started because our story was the same story many of our clients face. They too had to overcome all the obstacles that keep people from living a healthy life.

CrossFunction workouts are based on functional movements and are all about  scalability, making it the ideal application for any dedicated individual regardless of experience.

A regular CrossFunction class takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Everybody starts at the same time, there are instructors walking around helping out and keeping track, and everybody is supporting each other.

OCR CrossFunction has group classes. It’s not like a normal gym where there are hundreds of members who come in, use the elliptical for 20 minutes and go home – there is a coach teaching the class.

If you work hard and change your diet. Diet will be 80% of success or failure, but combine a healthy diet with OCR CrossFunction and we bet you will start to get stronger and feel better within short period of time.
